USING HITCH HANDS
The attachment of this product is critical and beyond the control of Mr. Van's LLC. Mr. Van's LLC is NOT responsible for the attachment nor the installation. It neither guarantees, nor will it be liable for any damage resulting from its attachment or improper use (in other words, if you use dental floss to attach our product to your bumper and it flies off in the middle of the highway and kills a family of three - we ain't takin' the fall!) The liability of this product is limited to its purchase price if it proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
REFUNDS AND GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with your Hitch Hands you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Simply request a refund in writing and send your request, along with your Hitch Hands. Please also include the name and e-mail address of the person who originally placed the order, as well as the method of payment so that we can verify the account.
